Estate Selections

Bella Carmona Guatemalan Antigua
From the volcanic highlands of Guatemala Antigua, Bella Carmona is superbly aromatic. It is rich, lively, and full of flavor, yet very heavy bodied with bright acidity.
Cupping Notes: Deep chocolate notes, caramel notes, sweet, citric, complex, bright acidity, full body

Brazilian Santos
Our finest gourmet coffees from South America are blended with rich, full-flavored coffees from Indonesia and Africa.
Cupping Notes: Sweet, full body, light acidity, fruity aftertaste, clean, chocolate notes, balanced

Costa Rican Tarazu Papagayo
This strictly hard bean coffee (highest grade coffee available) is noted for its full body and richness. Containing good balance, medium-high acidity, body and character, with a hint of spice and some nutty overtones.
Cupping Notes: clean, lively winey acidity, medium body, chocolate, almonds, citrus note

Ethiopian Harare
An African coffee elegantly balanced whose flavor denotes a taste of fruitiness within its rich wine-like qualities. This coffee is brightly acidic and richly aromatic with a light body.
Cupping Notes: heavy berry, lemon, stone-fruit, dark chocolate.

Indian Monsoon Malobar
This coffee gets its name from an aging process, where the beans are exposed to the humid monsoon winds. After just a few weeks of exposure, the coffee flavors transform, becoming richer and smoother. Malabar is full bodied, with a spicy woody flavor.
Cupping Notes: spicy, earthy, smoky, tobacco notes, wood notes, medium body, very low acidity

Kenya AA
Rich body, deep, wine-like acidity and pleasant aroma with berry undertones, intense flavor, and delightful aromas. One of the berry notes is black currant, distinct to Kenyan beans, and one of the reasons a cup of coffee from Kenya tastes so unique.
Cupping Notes: Full bodied, balanced complexity and deep dimension; savory-sweet, wine-like. Berry notes, bright acidity.

La Florida Peruvian
Certified Organic Fair Trade Shade Grown From the northeast slopes of the Andes in Northern Peru, La Florida is grown at elevations 1200 to 2000 meters above sea level. This coffee creates a medium body with smooth and slightly sweet taste.
Cupping Notes: creamy body with fruity overtones, bit of a spicy aroma, mild acidity, clean finish

Mexico Superior Altura Roma
The sweet, smooth flavor of this specialty coffee makes the aroma a very attractive offer. It contains a delicate body and medium acidity.
Cupping Notes: Sweet, clean finish, nutty, chocolate notes, medium body, soft citrus acidity, stone fruit

Nicaragua SHG EP
The SHG (Strictly High Grown) grade is especially important as the highest grown coffees of Nicaragua do not develop the higher acidity that is associated with many Central American coffees.
Cupping Notes: Chocolate, sweet aroma, citrus tones, honeyed, bright medium acidity, well rounded cup.

Papua New Guinea - Grade A
This medium to full-bodied coffee grown in the highlands of New Guinea has slightly sweet flavor, with medium acidity. New Guinea shares many of the unique flavors of the Jamaican Blue Mountain arabica.
Cupping Notes: smooth body, berry, clean, consistent, pleasant aftertaste, cedar, malt and tea-like notes.

Rwanda Maraba Fair Trade
Abahuzamugambi ba kawa Maraba is one of Rwanda’s first coffee cooperatives. The cooperative has grown to include sectors of the Huye district, and supports the improvement of local livelihoods through providing health care and other social programming.
Cupping Notes: sweet citrus, rich silky body, graham cracker, bright acidity.

Sumatra Mandherling
This coffee is very full-bodied, with an intense earthy flavor, and has one of the lowest degrees of acidity of any of our coffees. Mandheling of Sumatra is considered one of the most full-bodied coffees in the world.
Cupping Notes: strong cedar notes, consistent, balanced, sweet tobacco, winey, spicy, chocolate.

Zimbabwe

The classic European morning coffee, often brewed in a French press, but excellent brewed any way you prefer.
Italian Roast Colombian (Espresso)
Perfect for espresso and espresso-based drinks, but also satisfies your “dark side” when brewed by other means, such as auto-drip or French press.
